About Roles and Permissions

Overview: Learn about the three roles available on Page and what each one can do.

Roles on Page

  • There are currently three roles on Page:
    • Owner: Able to add and remove people from Page.
    • Admin: Designed to be someone in your firm who can manage settings and members.
    • Member: Everyone else on your staff who you generally want to be able to access clients but not modify any organizational settings or delete clients.

A Note on Permissions

  • Permissions on Page are pretty simplistic right now. Page is rolling out an improved version of permissions at the end of Q2 or Q3 of 2026, and these roles will be updated accordingly.
