Org settings: Flagged conditions
Overview: Learn how to use Flagged Documents on Page to make sure important documents don't slip through the cracks.
What Are Flagged Documents?
- Flagged Documents is a section within your Conditions view that highlights information Page pulled out that is not associated with a specific claimed condition but may still be important.
- How does Page determine what's important? It uses a predefined list of file types. If a document matches one of those file types but isn't grouped into a specific claimed condition, it gets flagged for your review.
Default Flagged Documents List
- The default list includes wide variety of important file types, including things like buddy lay statements, medical opinions, remand BVA or CAVC, and many more.
Customizing Flagged Documents
- The list of file types is what you're customizing and managing. It is fully customizable — some people find it too noisy, so you can add or remove file types to fit your needs.
- You can customize Flagged Documents in two ways:
- Within your conditions view
- In the left sidebar under "Customize Flagged Documents"
Organization-Level Management
- Flagged Documents is managed at an organization level. Any changes you make will impact all clients in your organization.
