Want to see how a condition evolved over time instead of by document type?

Chronological View lets you review any condition as a simple timeline. Just toggle from Table View to Chronological, and you'll see all the condition-specific medical evidence, decisions, and records organized by date. This makes it easy to follow the progression of a specific condition over time.
