Viewing PDF files in Page

Overview: Learn how to view files on Page, including the built-in PDF viewer and its features.

Viewing Files Across Page

  • Viewing files on Page is something you can access from every screen.
  • In your files index, you can click on a file and view it directly.
  • You can view files across every single client screen. The rule for Page is that any piece of information provided will be referenced back to its underlying source.
  • Whether you're in the Client screen, the Conditions screen, the Timeline, your Case Plan, Search, or Ask Page, you will always be able to see the underlying source and click through to it.

The PDF Viewer

  • When you click through to an underlying source, the PDF viewer will pop up on the right side.
  • Within the PDF viewer, you can:
    • Enlarge or shrink the PDF
    • Rotate it
    • Make it fit the page
    • Search the PDF
    • Download the individual PDF and export it
    • Create a timeline entry from that PDF
    • Highlight individual text
    • Take a note by highlighting a selected area, noting a specific page, or noting the document

Opening a File in a Separate Window

  • You'll also see an icon with an arrow pointing to the upper right. Clicking it will open the file in a separate window, which you can use on a second screen.
