Intro to Conditions View
Overview: Learn how the Conditions tab on Page gives you a full view into all claim streams across your client's history.
What Is the Conditions Tab?
- The Conditions tab allows you to get a full view into all claim streams that have existed over the history of your client.
- This includes conditions that have been claimed as well as potentially other conditions that either could be claimed or were mentioned by the veteran in their history.
What Page Pulls for Each Condition
- Before each condition, Page will pull down:
- The current rating
- Its current claim status (Open, Pending, Closed)
- The original claim for the condition
- Any applicable intent to file
- Decision history
- Filing history
- Exam history (things like VA exams and medical opinions)
- Page will also pull in any in-service medical records and post-service medical records as well as other applicable documents
What You Can Do in the Conditions Tab
Your Conditions tab is a structured output you can modify and curate to ensure you have full visibility into your client's claims history, in the exact way you want.
- You can bookmark entries.
- You can view in both a tabular and the chronological view.
- You can search and filter across various dimensions.
- You can customize settings to visualize the information in the ways that you want.
Why This Matters
- The Conditions tab allows you to do something that firms were doing manually and do it in an automated way - letting you do your work faster and more comprehensively. It is a structured output with a lot of flexibility to help you understand your case history, specific to each client at a claim stream level.
