Conditions - Chronological View

Overview: Learn how the chronological view works in the Conditions tab on Page as an alternative to the table view.

Chronological View

  • The chronological view is an alternative to the table view. Instead of organizing evidence for a specific condition by file type, it displays them in a simple chronological order.
  • All information is the same between the table view and the chronological view — it's just a different way to look at it based on your preference.

Sorting and Filtering

  • By default, entries are sorted from newest to oldest, but you can switch to oldest to newest.
  • You can filter by procedural evidence, medical evidence, or other evidence.
  • You can also filter by Saved Views and search.

Available Actions

  • All the same actions available in the table view are available in the chronological view:
    • Bookmarking
    • Taking notes
    • Editing entries
    • Adding or removing from conditions
    • Adding to your Case Plan
    • Archiving or removing entries
