Timeline - Overview and Navigation
Overview: Learn how to use the Timeline on Page to view a complete chronology of everything extracted from your client's uploaded documents.
What Is the Timeline?
- The Timeline is a complete chronology of everything Page extracted from the documents uploaded to your client. It gives you a full overview of how the case evolved over time without any condition-specific lens.
Sorting and Navigation
- By default, entries are sorted from most recent to oldest. Click the sort button to switch to oldest to latest.
- Use the jump to date feature to go directly to a specific date.
- Click on the date distribution to see the number of entries by year. Use the drop-down menu to view it by month.
What You See for Each Entry
- A quick summary of the relevant subset of pages within a document.
- A link to the underlying document with the page range it's sourced from and the file ID.
- A confidence indicator.
- Click the link to open the PDF Viewer and view the underlying document. All information in Page is always referenceable back to its source.
Filtering and Searching
- Filter by predefined filters, custom File Groups, or individual file types.
- Search by individual keywords, which searches the underlying text extracted from the C-file.
- Apply Saved Views you previously created.
- Filter by bookmarks.
- View archived entries, which applies to both Timeline and Conditions.
Settings
- Toggle file type by color on or off.
- Show notes inline.
Actions
- All the same actions available in the Conditions tab are available in the Timeline, including bookmarking, editing, adding to conditions, adding to Case Plan, and more.
