Timeline - Search, Filters, Saved Views
Overview: Learn about the different ways to filter your Timeline on Page to find the specific information you're looking for.
Keyword Search
- Search for multiple keywords at once across the entire timeline. Note, that this searches the text of the entries that Page created, not the file’s underlying text.
- When you click on the search bar, it will show a list of all your recent term searches across that specific client.
Filters
- Apply File Groups, which are default or custom collections of file types.
- Filter by individual file types.
- Filter by starting entry date or ending entry date to look at a specific date range.
- Filter by upload date if there are multiple upload dates.
Duplicate Entries
- Choose to include or exclude duplicate entries. The VA can upload multiple copies of the same record, and Page will identify these as duplicates. Some people prefer to include them for visibility.
Saved Views
- Saved Views are a combination of search terms and filters that you can save and apply to your Timeline.
Why This Matters
- These filtering options allow your Timeline to become as broad or as tight as you need it to be, giving you detailed views on any aspect of your client's case.
