AskPage - Intro to AskPage

Overview: Learn how to use Ask Page to investigate your client's case by asking questions across the entire C-file.

What Is Ask Page?

  • Ask Page allows you to ask a wide variety of questions about your client and search across the entire C-file, which can be hundreds or even thousands of records. It is built on top of Page's OCR, which was tuned specifically for the VA use case.
  • Ask Page delivers high-quality answers to precise questions, making it a powerful tool for digging into the details of your client's case.
  • All answers reference back to the original source so you can verify.
  • Ask Page is accessible across your entire client and can be viewed in parallel with any other screen, including Timeline, Conditions, Client, and Search.

Chat Threads

  • Ask Page supports multiple chat threads, so you can keep the context of each line of inquiry separate.

Viewing Options

  • Open Ask Page in a new window or switch to a full screen experience.

Working with Answers

  • At the bottom of each answer, you can view all underlying sources in one place.
  • Add answers to your notes.
  • Add answers to your Case Plan.
  • Give feedback on whether the answer was helpful or not.
