Case Plan - Overview
Overview: Case Plan lets you build your clients' case plans natively inside Page, with all of your evidence linked right back to the source document. Case plans are fully customizable to your firm, so you can match your exact processes and format. They work at both the client level and the issue level.
Where to Find Case Plan
Once Case Plan is enabled, you'll see a Case Plan icon in your sidebar. Click it to open your case plan. If you want more space to work, you can also open it in a new window (more on that in the Second Screen section).
Client-Level vs. Issue-Level
Case Plan has two sections. The client-level section is a single plan for the client as a whole — things like client status and overall goals. The issue-level section contains individual case plans for each issue you decide to pursue.
What You Can Include in a Case Plan
Case plans support a variety of field types, including:
- Dropdown menus
- Short text fields
- Long-form text fields
- Dates
- Tasks (assignable to team members with due dates)
- Checklists
- Client detail fields (pulled in from your client screen)
Tasks can be assigned to individual team members and include due dates. You can mark them as complete or archive them. Checklists work similarly but are lighter — quick items you want to track without the full task structure.
On top of fields, you can also associate evidence with any issue or client-level plan. Evidence is any information that Page has produced — entries from your timeline, conditions summary, AskPage answers, and more. This is covered in detail in the Adding Evidence section.
