Keeping Clients Up to Date - Reviewing outputs and mark as reviewed

Overview: Learn how Page surfaces new updates after you upload additional files and generate summaries.

Update Indicators in the Conditions Tab

  • After uploading new files and generating summaries, conditions that have new entries will display a "U" label indicating the condition has been updated.
  • A banner at the top of each updated condition will indicate there are new entries for you to review. Click the review button to filter that condition to show only the net new entries.
  • If a condition is entirely new, it will display an "N" badge instead.

Update Indicators in the Timeline

  • In the Timeline, net new entries will display a "New" badge.
  • A banner at the top of the Timeline will indicate there are new entries to review.
  • You can filter the Timeline to show only net new entries.

Why This Matters

  • Seeing the net new delta after a new upload is challenging to do manually. These indicators allow you to understand what's new efficiently and seamlessly, so you can review the latest changes in your client's case without sifting through everything.
