Additional functionality - Exporting from Conditions, Timeline, Notes, and Case Plan
Overview: Learn how to export summaries and notes from Page.
Exporting the Conditions View
- Click "Export" within the conditions view.
- Choose whether to export via the table view or the chronological view.
- Decide whether you want to include fields that were available to be filled in but weren't.
- Select which conditions, Flagged Documents, and other conditions you would like to include.
- Choose to export with or without the merged CSV file.
- If you select with the merged CSV file, you have the option to export with compression, which will make the file a little bit smaller for storage purposes.
Exporting the Timeline
- Within the timeline, you also have the option to export.
- You can either apply the current filters or not.
- Choose to export all entries or only bookmarked entries.
- You can toggle showing the bookmarked signs or showing the additional event details, which is additional information about the timeline.
- Choose to export with the merged file or export normally. If you export with the merged file, you also have the compression option.
Exporting Notes
- You can export all of your notes from the notepad.
- When you export your notes, you can either use the currently applied filters or export all notes.
Exporting Case Plan
- You can choose whether to include the evidence section.
- You can choose whether to include the underlying source documents from which the evidence came.
- You can choose whether to include AskPage-cited documents. This option is only available when the included evidence contains AskPage citations. If none are found, it stays greyed out.
- Choose whether to include your notes on evidence.
- Choose whether to include comments on the case plan.
- Decide whether to include empty fields, which are fields that were available to be filled in but weren't.
- Under Case plan content, you can choose to include all issues or specific ones.
Note: We do not currently support export for the Client Overview
