Additional functionality - File collections

Overview: Learn how to use File Collections on Page to export groups of file types as merged PDFs.

What Are File Collections?

• File Collections is a feature accessible under your files screen.
• A File Collection is a predefined group of file types that you can export all into one merged PDF.

Accessing File Collections

• Click the download button to the right of the gear icon (your settings).
• Click "Export File Collections." Initially, you won't see any File Collections until you create one.

Creating a File Collection

• Click "Create New Collection."
• Select from all the different file types that exist within Page.
• Add whichever file types you want and name the collection.

Exporting File Collections

• Once you have your File Collections set up, you can export an individual collection of file types. For example, you could export only CAPRI and CMPs, only decisions, or only STRs.
• You can also click "Export All" to export all of your collections at once. This will export them into one zip file.

Organization-Level Management

• File Collections are managed at an organization level. When you create or delete File Collections, it will impact your entire organization.
