Additional functionality - Activity log

Overview: Learn how to use the Activity Log on Page to track your team's actions and undo changes on a client.

Accessing the Activity Log

  • The Activity Log can be found by clicking the clock icon in the upper right-hand corner of each client.

What the Activity Log Shows

  • The Activity Log shows a history of everything you and your team have done related to that client. You'll be able to see things like:
    • When someone updates a condition summary entry
    • When someone adds entries to conditions
    • When summaries are generated
    • When files are uploaded
  • A wide variety of other actions are also tracked in the Activity Log.

Viewing Additional Details

  • If you want to see additional detail on each activity, click the "Expand all" button.
  • For example, if an entry says "updated a condition summary," it will specifically tell you which condition summary entry was updated.

Key Benefits

  • It gives your team visibility into the full history of the client.
  • You can undo changes. If you undo a change, it will revert all changes that came after that specific point in time. This is useful if, for example, something was merged incorrectly or another change was made that you want to reverse.
