Overview: Learn how to report bugs and submit feedback on Page.

Reporting a Bug

• Click the report button with the bug icon in the lower left-hand corner of your sidebar.
• Please include as much detail as possible on what is wrong so we can fix your case. Any anecdotes or details are helpful for us to fix it as soon as possible.
• Page automatically captures a link to what you were most recently looking at, so you don't need to include it.

Response Times

• Page's SLA for bugs is that you should hear back within 24 hours. Usually it's much faster.
• If you ever have an urgent issue, please let us know, and we'll be sure to resolve it quickly.

• Your feedback is very welcome. It's how our product gets better. Whether it's a small feature request or a big idea for how we can improve, we welcome all of it.
